Our patented packaging technology makes perfect use of the expansion co-efficient and optical properties of silicon and designs close bonding of epitaxy and silicon, which improves the luminous efficiency of high power LED by 15% and remarkably lowers the defect rate in packaging process. Through the application of unique packaging materials and structure to effectively conduct and dissipate the heat generated by the chip, our packaging technology perfectly solves the bottleneck problem of heat dissipation in LED lighting.

Up to 5 new lighting products are created monthly by our highly experienced R&D engineers to provide our customers more options.

Wanyu has a strong R&D team, covering the optical, thermal, structural, semiconductor packaging, electronics and other fields. Our key people in the relevant area of technology have 5 to 10 years industry experience. Due to our strong R&D ability, we have obtained quite a few patents for our intelligent LED lights in mainland China, Taiwan, and have patents pending internationally.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing lines are comprised of high-end imported equipments. This allows us to produce at least 200, 000 units daily. We assign experienced technicians to each production line to carry out strict quality evaluation on every light, including 15-minute 50-to 500-hertz vibration, 24 hours aging and 10, 000-cycle on/off testing. We maintain high level quality control to ensure quick delivery with high standards.
