We have 330cm P7100 model print screen weaving looms imported from Switzerland, digital controlled warp arranging machine imported from Germany, automatic heat shaping machine, washing machine and the up-to-the-date inspection machines in China and a well-trained technicians and workers to produce high quality and high precision polyester printing screen and nylon printing screen ranges from 60-420mesh for printing in electronic, textile and ceramics industries.
In regard to polyester mesh series, we introduced 2 sets GP200 model warp wire arranging machines, 20 sets ZW330 heavy model chemical fiber and ring winding machine, 4 sets TM-200A wire mesh weaving looms from Switzerland, 2 sets DX6000 shaping machines and 16 sets quality inspection devices for the production of high quality chemical fiber, metal mesh belt, polyester belt, spiral belt, filter mesh, coal washing mesh, quarry screen and polyester mesh series products with an annual output of 2.60 million. Polyester mesh is widely used in making of paper-making, environmental protection, waste water treatment, food processing, fruit pressing, chemical and melt filtration.
