Our 15, 000 square meter production facility is equipped with 2 spun-laced non-woven fabric lines, 3 spun-bonded non-woven lines, 2 three-dimensional crimp hollow polyester staple lines and 2 spray-bonded non-woven lines. Using these sophisticated production apparatus, we are outputting 10, 000 tons of spun-bonded polypropylene Spunbonded filament non-woven fabric, 4, 000 tons of spun-laced non-woven fabric and 8, 000 tons of hollow polyester staples annually.
Capable of producing spun-bonded non-woven fabrics of various specifications and colors, weights vary between 10 and 260G/M2, with widths up to 3.3m. These materials have various applications, being widely used in the production of garments, footwear, caps, travel goods, bedding, sofa upholstery, medical supplies and waterproof products.
