Precision Gears: With extensive design and manufacturing experience, we have served numerous equipment manufacturing companies. We can process gears with a minimum module of 0.1 and a maximum module of 5, achieving gear precision levels up to Grade 5 (ISO International Standard/GB Chinese Standard/DIN German Standard).

CNC Precision Machined Parts: Equipped with four- and five-axis machining centers, we offer customized, rapid prototyping, and mass production services for precision CNC machining. We can machine complex-shaped precision components with precision up to +/-0.005mm and surface roughness of Ra0.8.

Precision Castings: We provide one-stop services from mold design and manufacturing (including lost foam, wood molds, and aluminum molds), casting, precision casting, to precision machining, meeting customer demands for complex-shaped castings. Casting materials include cast iron, cast aluminum, cast copper, and cast steel, with single-piece weights ranging from 0.05kg to 1 ton. The dimensional accuracy of castings can reach +/-0.3mm, surface roughness up to Ra3.2, and machined surface precision up to +/-0.005mm with a surface roughness of Ra0.8.
