We can produce high quality grinding media with different hardness grades and chemical composition on request. Our products as follows:
1. Forged Grinding Balls with diameters from 20mm to 180mm
2. Rolled grinding balls with diameters from 20mm to 120m.
3. High, medium, and low chrome alloyed Cast Grinding Balls with diameters from 15mm to 120mm
4. High, medium, and low chrome Cast Grinding Cylpebs
5. Grinding Rods
6. Decorative Steel Balls with diameters from 15mm to 180mm
The specialties of our grinding ball is that High hardness, Low breakage, Good wear resistance and Low wear rate. It is mainly applied to various mines, cement plants, power stations and chemical industries.
Quality Assure:
1. Pre-shipment- SGS inspection at the factory/harbor prior the dispatch (Strictly No scrap metal/bars or other steel qualities used in manufacturing).
2. Grinding balls to be packed in steel drums with openable top (with threads) or Bulk bags.
3. Drums packed on pallets made of iron pallet, two drums per pallet, max size for the pallet is 115X98 cm. Or heat treated fumigation wood or plywood for customer's chioce.
4. Our bulk bags are also equipped with lifting straps to allow easy loading and unloading. In drums, our grinding media can also be supplied in sealed recycled drums strapped to wooden pallets.
