Its specific positioning, the unique link between a client's brief and the production factory in Asia, and its expertise :
- Consultancy in promotional products
- Quality of the sourcing
- Experience in international buying
Before the arrival of the Internet, SEBO was already working on cutting out the middlemen. Since 1997 SEBO began to build up a database of promotional products, improved every week with the addition of new products selected by the team of buyers, based in Hong Kong.
- The will to share its product database as well as the tracking of orders with its clients.
- The wish to rationalise and secure the internal processes between the teams based in Hong Kong and Mainland China and the team in Paris via Intranet.
- The need for its employees to spend more time on value added tasks (sourcing, negotiating prices) rather than managing information flows.
